Refund and Exchange of Goods

Refunds and exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the original purchase date
All postage and insurance costs involved in returning items that are in good condition are to be paid by the purchaser.
Treatment of products purchased from AllBags4u is the responsibility of the purchaser - except in the case of items received damaged or faulty.
When returning products, include a copy of your invoice. Once we have received the product, we will send out the replacement or will refund.
In the off chance that you receive a faulty product, we will exchange or refund it for you - including postage.
We do not refund/exchange on clearance items unless faulty.
